Yesterday we went out for dinner with the secretary of the board and with the staff. The dinner was to thank the staff for the hard work they deliver. We mixed everyone up Dutch and Romanian, so that we would all speak English instead of Dutch or Romanian. We had a lovely evening. Today we planned a lot of lessons and made lesson materials.

Today Pieter (the president of the board of Dare2Care) took us on a trip. Klaas (the secretary of the board) had to get the plane in a small city called Târgu Mureş. So we drove with them to bring Klaas to the airport and then we went into the city to see more of Romania and have lunch. We went into a castle where there was a church and walls to protect the castle. Then we had lunch near the castle and had a nice walk in the city afterwards. When it started to rain we got back in the car and drove home.
When we got home we had a meeting with our mentor and the president of the board about this weekend, when our teachers will come.
And the rest of the evening we relaxed and watched a movie.

In the morning Lindi taught at the school and Ilse taught the staff.
Ilse:
"Today we revised the different foods they had learned before and they learned furniture in a house and the different rooms in the house. They understood what we were talking about and seemed to like the topic. This still needs more revision, but they already know the different rooms!"
In the afternoon we prepared lessons for Thursday and Friday and games for Sunday, because this weekend our teachers will come and we will play games with the children!
